Retention period

If you are a current customer we will retain your personal data for the duration of our business relationship plus six (6) months after the relationship ends. If you are a prospect, we will retain your personal data for a period of one (1) year to check with you from time to time to provide you with information relevant to your business and respond to any future consulting needs you may have.

USE OF SITE BY MINORS

This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we request that these individuals not provide personal data through the Site. If a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we ask that a parent or guardian of the child contact us to request that this data be deleted from our records. We will immediately delete the child’s information from our existing files once we are aware of such situation.

Letcomm Consulting Group Inc. (“Letcomm”), including its associated website at https://www.letcomm.com, newsletters, information, data, images, videos, and other content is an information and consulting service (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not fully agree with this Agreement, do not use the Service. Your failure to follow this Agreement may result in termination of your access to the Service, without notice and in addition to any other remedies available to Letcomm.

This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario governing contracts wholly entered into and wholly performed within Ontario and any action to enforce this Agreement or in any manner related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or provincial courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to be responsible for any damages resulting from your breach of this Agreement and reimburse us for all of costs, expenses and fees (including all attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to your breach.
